L’Opera began in 1994 with a simple commitment: bring the regional cooking of Italy to Manila, with care for the ingredients and the people who come to enjoy them.
Chef Paolo Nesi’s kitchen brings together Italian produce, handmade pasta and traditional techniques. The pleasure is in the details: a well-aged cut, a carefully finished plate, a generous welcome.
Over the years, that welcome has grown to include celebrations, catered gatherings and Sunday family lunches. The table remains the heart of it all.
